We are excited to announce an important change at SureQuest Systems Inc. We are now a privately held organization called MealSuite.
Why did we go private and choose to re-brand?
Operating as a small business in the public space brings many challenges. We’re pleased to announce we are now privately owned and have the funding to take our software and services to the next level.
With such excitement in the air, we sat down as a team to creatively brainstorm a name and identity that would better articulate who we are and what we do.
We believe MealSuite accurately reflects our team and company vision: people who are passionate about building products and solutions that help food service operators deliver the highest level of patient and resident satisfaction.
How does this impact current SureQuest customers?
While our name might be changing, your existing service agreement remains the same. You can continue to expect the same dedication and service excellence from our talented team. Our leadership, board of directors and staff remain the same.
What’s changing?
Both our address and phone number will remain the same. The domain for our email addresses will be changing to @mealsuite.com. We’ll be forwarding existing @surequest.com emails to the new domain for the next couple of months in order to give you plenty of time to update your address book.
We'll be announcing new product enhancements and improvements over the coming weeks.
